Since its launch more than ten years ago, Headspace has effectively diminished the stigma around mental health and boosted engagement through its friendly and accessible brand. The Headspace app has been downloaded by over 100 million people worldwide, achieving an NPS score of over 60. It has formed partnerships with renowned brands like Starbucks, Sesame Workshop, Netflix, Nike, and Star Wars. Additionally, 73% of the company’s enterprise clients identify the Headspace brand as a major factor in employee adoption.
